Carb Tip



No carbs after 9 p.m. Eat no bread, cereal, or pasta until morning. Extra carbs eaten at night often convert to fat.

  1. Thank you for that info. I've been counting calories since the beginning of this week and it really seems to be helping. My husband has been doing it since the beginning of the year and has lost an additional 12-15lbs off his weight loss from last year...over 50lbs! It's a good feeling to take care of our bodies.
